Income is only one of the criteria we adopt for guest selection because statistically the people who suffer the most from loneliness are often affluent ; the basic criteria that guests must have are :

1) Health status

2) Age

3) Motivation

4) Willingness to socialize and help other older residents.

In addition to the considerable initial facilities granted to guests , the donations or contributions that the Foundation will be able to collect from the most important institutions and companies in the area will fully benefit the guests, who will then be able over time to further lower the costs of fees, possibly to zero over time

Selected guests who decide to move residence to the facilities will be eligible for a 30% contribution/discount on list prices that are aligned to similar facilities

To these contributions/discounts may be added over time other contributions granted by Municipal Authorities or Companies in the area to their employees/family members that the Foundation will redistribute to the guests to further lower the fees .

SeniorLand is not for everyone; guests , exclusively self-sufficient , are carefully selected on the basis of various criteria such as e.g. health status , age , motivation , willingness to devote time or one's talents to organize animation activities or accompanying older guests and finally actual need .

Thanks to the agreement with Tabiano's Terme Respighi, SeniorLands guests with early symptoms of common respiratory diseases such as Bpco , emphysematous bronchitis and asthma in mild form , will be able to achieve exceptional results through the daily application of an innovative Multidisciplinary method designed for the prevention and treatment of respiratory problems (see "Phoenix Method").

NB: The Park Residence , where they are housed is a hotel and not a clinic so , after careful selection , we accept only self-sufficient guests with mild respiratory problems who can have great benefits by following the Phoenix Method *

repopulating Tabiano Country is our goal and doing it with people who have relatives and friends in the area seems to us the best solution ;

so we have decided to grant pre-emption to self-sufficient elderly employees/family members of Companies in the area based in the province of Parma to be able to stay in the SeniorLands facilities opening in Tabiano taking advantage of the significant subsidies/discounts offered for those who would like to move their residence to Tabiano.

Companies will be able to decide quite optionally and from a Welfare perspective whether to add an additional contribution for guests they select : for example, the elderly relative of one of their executives whom they want to reward or an old retired employee who has dedicated his or her life to the Company

NB: Considering the social purpose of the initiative , despite new facilities and premium services the price list on tuition is aligned with respect to prices charged by similar facilities , but with the facilities granted the prices will be accessible to all thus satisfying the solidarity objectives of the Foundation

Seniorlands is a self-sustaining initiative and organized so that it can survive even without donations. All donations that come in will go toward achieving social goals and lowering the costs of Resident guests . Donations to Third Sector entities (Ets) allow tax breaks for the donor if they comply with certain formalities.

Cash donations to enable these facilities must be made through an intermediary, bank, post office or other payment system that makes it traceable.

If made by individuals, the donor can deduct from income tax 30 percent of the donation, 35 percent if the Ets is a voluntary organization (VO), for an amount not exceeding 30,000 euros, or can deduct from the total declared income the full amount of the donation but up to a maximum of 10 percent of the income itself.

If made by entities or corporations, the donor may deduct the donation from total reported income, not to exceed the limit of 10% of income. If the deduction is greater than income, it is possible to add the excess to deductions in subsequent years but not beyond the fourth. The different types of relief are not cumulative but alternative.
