What is the difference between SeniorLands and a Nursing Home or RSA?

Living in one of the SeniorLands facilities , especially for a person over 60 represents an alternative solution to living in one's own home ; therefore, nothing to do with a traditional hotel , a nursing home or a RSA where people who are no longer self-sufficient or who need continuous care are accommodated .

It offers health monitoring service and the guarantee of H24 non-invasive medical and nursing care , in a stimulating environment, with quality hotel services and without depriving guests of a personalized and independent space .

The main feature is to offer communal living, fostering socialization and sharing with friends old and new moments of daily life such as a lunch with friends , a card tournament , spa therapies , hot water physiotherapy and many other fun and stimulating activities organized daily by the entertainers .

In addition to the Spa that with daily application can give great benefits and in any case stop and prevent the aggravation of irreversible respiratory diseases, living in a quiet village, surrounded by greenery , without traffic and without smog in a socializing environment is the ideal solution for those who want to live peacefully, especially people who feel lonely who would have great stimulation and benefits by sharing with other guests the various activities organized in a protected, fun and stimulating oasis. 

Before deciding to move residence to one of the Seniorlands facilities in Tabiano, a TEST period of 3 months is mandatory during which the guest can become aware of his or her degree of satisfaction and the Manager of his or her actual state of health and integration into the group .

In case of indecision, the guest may repeat the Test period for another 3 months .

• SeniorLands is not for everyone; guests , exclusively self-sufficient , are carefully selected based on various criteria such as.

  3) Motivation

  4) Willingness to socialize and help other older guests .

these parameters are collected at an early stage with the 'special preliminary form sent by e-mail (see the menu item "reservations"); the selected guests are invited to a meeting in Tabiano to deepen their knowledge, present the facilities and proceed, only in case of mutual satisfaction, to the choice of the type of accommodation.

Thanks to the agreement with Tabiano's Terme Respighi, SeniorLands guests with early symptoms of common respiratory diseases such as Bpco , emphysematous bronchitis and asthma in mild form , will be able to achieve exceptional results through the daily application of an innovative Multidisciplinary method designed for the prevention and treatment of respiratory problems (see "Phoenix Method").

NB: SeniorLands is a diffuse hotel and not a clinic so , after careful selection , we accept only self-sufficient guests with mild respiratory problems who can have great benefits by following the Phoenix Method *

The initiator of the SeniorLands project is a nonprofit philanthropic organization that aims to support self-sufficient elderly people and prevent widespread diseases such as depression and respiratory issues, as well as redevelop abandoned properties and create new jobs.

• the prevailing goal of the Phoenix Foundation is not primarily to help elderly people with few financial resources but people of all ages who no longer want to live alone

  Income is only the last of the criteria we adopt for guest selection and only counts as preemption ;

  SeniorLands can achieve all these goals, and the quality of services guests will receive compared to the prices charged will be very high

Selected guests who decide to move residence to the facilities will be eligible for a 30% contribution/discount on list prices

To these contributions/discounts may be added other contributions granted by Municipal Authorities and/or Companies in the area to their employees/family members .

• Therefore, in addition to the considerable initial facilities granted, all donations or contributions that the Foundation will be able to collect from the Agencies and Agencies will benefit the guests who will then be able to further lower the costs of tuition fees up to possibly zero over time.

Repopulating Tabiano Country and making it a haven for the elderly is our goal and doing it with people who have relatives and friends in the area seems to us the best solution ;

so we have decided to grant pre-emption to employees/family members of the self-sufficient elderly of the Companies in the area based in the province of Parma to be able to stay in the SeniorLands facilities being opened in Tabiano from June 1/June /2025 , taking advantage of the important contributions/discounts offered for those who would like to move their residence to Tabiano.

Companies will be able to decide quite optionally and from a Welfare perspective whether to add an additional contribution for guests they select : for example, the elderly relative of one of their executives whom they want to reward or an old retired employee who has dedicated his or her life to the Company

NB: Considering the social purpose of the initiative , despite new facilities and premium services the price list on tuition is aligned with respect to prices charged by similar facilities , but with the facilities granted by the Foundation and the contributions it will be able to collect the prices will be gradually reduced and will therefore be accessible to all thus satisfying the solidarity objectives of the Foundation
