SeniorLands is the lead project of the Phoenix ETS Foundation, a nonprofit philanthropic organization committed to creating practical and accessible solutions to improve the quality of life for older people.

We believe that even in old age there is room for joy, sharing and discovery. That is why we promote an innovative residential model: an "Albergo Diffuso" for self-sufficient elderly people, where sociality, services, nature and well-being are part of everyday life.

Our goals:

1. Counteracting loneliness and cognitive decline in the elderly living alone.

2. Providing welcoming, safe and active spaces for those seeking a peaceful yet stimulating life.

3. Ensuring solidarity prices, thanks to the Foundation's direct contribution and donations from companies and citizens.

4. Enhance the area by reviving disused hotel facilities and creating new job opportunities.

5. Building a welfare model that is replicable, sustainable, and open to the community.

We are part of the Third Sector and operate with transparency, a spirit of service and a long-term vision.
