Aps Arnia*, a nonprofit association established for solidarity purposes in 2021 by a family with over 100 years of experience in the real estate and hotel industry , with the support of members and donors has acquired in Tabiano /Salsomaggiore 3 large hotel structures abandoned for years, totally renovating them and creating 150 Beds to accommodate single people and self-sufficient elderly, offering innovative services at affordable prices and thus giving birth to the Phoenix project in Tabiano , in the City of Breathing .

The name "The Phoenix" is not coincidentally a symbol of rebirth, referring both to the rehabilitation of abandoned properties and to lonely people and self-sufficient elderly people who are given the opportunity to live a new youth, in a resort dedicated to them.
