Opened on Viale alle Terme 4 in Tabiano, the Park Residence, the first of three hotels SeniorLands completely renovated and dedicated exclusively to the self-sufficient elderly.
The creator of this project is the Fenice Foundation, a nonprofit ETS philanthropic organization, in partnership with Ikea Italia and in collaboration with Termest (Salsomaggiore and Tabiano spas).
