After the ribbon-cutting ceremony last June 28, the first guests have arrived in recent days, and more will be added between August and September, at the "Park Residence" on Viale alle Terme in Tabiano, the first of three SeniorLands hotels, the brainchild of the non-profit philatropic ets Foundation Fenice, in partnership with Ikea Italia, Terme di Salsomaggiore e Tabiano and Consorzio Abitabiano.
