List prices
Short stay periods
Guests will pay the list price only for periods of stay less than 90GG *.
Therapeutic vacation from min 15/30 days
therapeutic vacation of min 15/30 days to treat/prevent respiratory diseases very common among the elderly such as COPD with the FENICE* method developed with Termest ; complimentary for all guests the basic therapy course of the Fenice method.
*Members of Affiliated Associations will also enjoy a 15% discount on list prices.
Contributions/discount reserved for Residents
It is not easy to convince an elderly person to leave the home in which he has lived all his life and change his established habits by moving to a hotel facility, although doing so definitely improves the quality and safety of his life.
Only the most advanced people and their relatives can realize the fundamental importance of socialization in defeating depression and cognitive decline.
In order to stimulate and support these people, the Foundation grants grants that can be directly discounted from the monthly payment for the periods of stay
90-day test with 15% discount
90 days of Testing is mandatory and necessary for the guest to acclimatize and make an informed decision on whether to move into the facility and for the Manager to ascertain the guest's actual self-sufficiency.
For all those who will book for a periodof 90 days there is a first contribution/discount of 15%.
30% contribution for Resident guests
The 30% subsidy grant for RESIDENTS will then start from the 91' day , even non-consecutive , of TEST stay in SeniorLands facilities; the guest can then e.g. stay 30 days to try one facility and then another 60 days in other SeniorLands facilities to complete his or her initial TEST course which will take place in nonconsecutive ways at normal list prices.
85€ per day is the list price to stay in a single room with full board including all premium services and numerous entertainment activities.
Considering the social purpose of the initiative, despite new facilities and premium services the price list is in line with prices charged by similar facilities, but with the concessions granted by the Foundation the prices will be more affordable, thus fulfilling the solidarity goals of the Foundation.
